Kelly joined Livingstons in May 2002 as a secretary in the Property department. For a number of years she worked closely with Kim Chambers, gaining extensive residential property experience. Kelly went on to study with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in November 2007. Kelly deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchase and remortgages. Kelly is based in our Ulverston office and works alongside Pat Gilchrist.
