Drafting employment contracts
It is a legal requirement that you provide your employee, if their employment is expected to last more than two months, with what is known as a written statement of terms and conditions of employment. This comprises thirteen key pieces of information that you must provide to your employee. A written contract is something that expands on these thirteen points and is tailored more to your business and provides you and your employee with greater security in relation to what is expected from them and what they can expect from you.
We can draft contracts of employment and/or written statement of terms and conditions of employment for you tailored to your business. These are key documents that you should always have in place to protect you and provide security for the business.
We also recommend having these updated on an annual basis to keep in line with fast changing employment law. If you have contracts in place then we can review these and suggest any amendments that may be necessary.
