Our aim is to provide a friendly and efficient service to all of our clients at reasonable cost. We provide comprehensive legal advice to individuals and businesses in the South Lakes and Furness areas and further afield.

Our five specialist departments (Property, Private Client, Litigation, Employment/Commercial and Family), enable us to offer a top quality service with a high degree of expertise. We have offices in Ulverston and Dalton that services the South Lakes and Barrow area.

We offer clients fixed fees in most areas of work and are currently pioneering affordable fixed fees in family cases, private client cases (including wills and the handling of estates) and conveyancing.  Fixed fees arrangements means our costs are provided upfront so you know what you owe. It reduces the risk of uncertainty or dispute over fee discrepancies and means there are no surprises or hidden costs.

Livingstons offer a free initial consultation for all legal matters (other than property matters) at any of our offices.
